2. Travel Services

LIVIN LA MAGIC acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, insurance providers). We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or failures of any supplier. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are subject to change until full payment is received and confirmed. Deposits and final payments must be made by the dates specified at booking. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the individual suppliers. Some bookings are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Service fees charged by LIVIN LA MAGIC are non-refundable.

5. Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents. We are not liable for any losses resulting from missing or invalid documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

LIVIN LA MAGIC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any travel arrangements.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
