Once a client confirms, log it in Bookings and track all the details in one place.

Managing Your Clients & Leads
Your CRM is your most important tool. Here's how to use it effectively:
🔵 Log every prospect immediately
Even if they're just "thinking about it" — log them so you never lose a lead.
✅ Track every interaction
Calls, emails, texts — keeping notes helps you remember every detail at follow-up time.
📅 Schedule follow-ups
Use the follow-up task feature to remind yourself to check back. Consistency closes deals.
Creating & Managing Bookings
Bookings track everything about a trip from quote to completion. Update the status as the trip progresses:
⚠️ Always add the confirmation number when the supplier confirms. This is required for commission processing.
Earning & Submitting Commissions
Your Commission = Sale Amount × Your Rate
Example: $3,000 trip × 10% = $300 commission
To submit a commission:
- 1.Wait until the trip is completed
- 2.Go to Bookings and click the commission icon on the booking
- 3.Upload your supplier confirmation or booking receipt
- 4.Confirm amounts and submit — team reviews within 3-5 business days
